where to get a good deal on the tools needed to time a injection pump

or is the $200 my snap on guy quoted me a good enough deal? anybody got a used set they don't need? i am going to want to advance the 96 3500 5 speed DRW i am getting hopefully in the next couple days, the guy was trying to sort out a running problem and may of installed a bad/wrong injection pump as it ran worse after he swapped it and had it timed at the dealer, i am getting the orignal injection pump in the deal of buying the truck broken and will probably reinstall it unless he put a 215 on and it's not bad (does that even happen?). sounds like it's sucking air from what i've herd and that will be my first objective

bummer he figured out where the air leak was and now the truck runs great, id of rather fixed it and saved the $1200 he was going to discount it for being "broken" i am still going to want the tools if anyone has or knows of a good deal on a set

Snap on seems to be about the best ive seen.

I've read a bunch of times that snap on gets those tools from miller tools , but I have'nt got ahold of them yet.
