where to get bottom tap??

I can't find any of the 3 bottom taps I have for tapping the block for studs. Where do I get one at?

In a pinch I have bought a plug tap and used a cutoff wheel and removed the first 1/4"-5/16" of it and used that. I tapped the hole first with a plug tap and then finished it with the modified one. If the holes are already tapped, just clean it up with the modified one.
