Anyone have an idea?. . I tried to find a local cummins shop and heard the same answer twice... "We only deal with the bigger engines" You dont want to know what a dipstick cost from dodge. Am in the Philadelphia area... . JB

JB,
I know it isn't Philly but there is a Cummins North East in Dedham, MA that has Dodge/Cummins parts that they maybe able to ship to you.

90 W250, 5-speed, isspro gauges, 16 cm2, K&N, Borgeson shaft, JRE 3" exhaust, Banks Intercooler, Lucas injectors

can't think of to many things you could need that Ginos don't sell (and they charge less then Cummins). In 80,000 miles, The only thing I replaced that Ginos don't carry (At least I did not see it in his book) was a coolent outlet.

Make sure you call any dealer listed in the Cummins referense before visiting. The list may say B5. 9, or ISB but they may either give you a "ration" or just plain not support our application. I called one for the copper fuel drain manifold seals which they had. While there, I thought it would be convenient to get the Cummins pre-mix antifreeze which they did not have. They got straight in 55 gal drums. Said it was the correct type but who knows.

I have used Mopar4less.com and the dealer in Carl's group list with good results. One good thing about this forum is that there is always a good source for most parts if you ask.

JB- there is a Cummins dealer in Bristol, Pa.
I believe it's called Cummins Metro Power. -Chris

Go to you local Cummins distributor not dealer. Any pantie waised, pierced, tatooed, inbred, heroine addict can be a dealer, the reginal dist will handle all engine parts and repairs, even a ISB in a Dodge.

I forgot to mention earler that before I found Genos, I used to call the local Cummins Distributer (in Bristol PA) and have them ship me the stuff. Then the shippments used to come out of Harrisburg PA.

I just got new flywheel cap screws for my upcoming clutch job from Cummins Northeast, Inc in Springfield, Mass. They are a distributor, not a dealer. They had my parts in stock and I had them the next day after ordering late in the afternoon. Phone is 413-737-2659

Here is a shop in Pennsylvania for you. I have been happy with Diesel Injection of Pittsburgh, 724-274-4080, for my genuine Cummins parts needs (Bruce Mallinson's shop; an Wilson is Parts Mgr. ). They are a TDR advertiser, can get Cummins parts quickly, and are one of the meccas for hopup, especially the big engines. www.dieselinjection.net
Bruce will give a talk on "Driving with Gauges" at May Madness.
