Upon replacing my axle u joints I found I have a bad hub on the pass side.
BTW i tried the steering thing to get the hubs out and using a 6lb sledge. Those puppies would not budge at all. I ended up using a very thin chisel and wedged it between the hub flange and the dust shield at each bolt. Worked like a charm.
Anyway, I called two dealers and they both want $ 365 for them. I read on here about people getting them from Napa, so I called them. They told me they can't get them. I called 2 Napas also. I then looked around online to no luck. Anybody know of someplace to get them aside from the local dealership?

That's the same way things were with the 2nd gen's. The aftermarket is just now getting the hub assembles out to the retail stores. Just a year or two ago the hubs were dealer only.

Might want to post this in the wanted section... the guys that change to a dynatrac setup should have them.

There were also two used ones on eBay a while ago... they never sold for even $30/pair.

Just a though... you could run several used ones for the price of a new one.

I'm not sure, but I believe the 00-02 dodge D60 uses the same hub as the AAMs... they switched in those years.

Best place I found was Jack Miller Jeep in KC. $248. 40 per side plus $18 shipping to Pa. Total cost $514. 80, & I had them in 2 days! Website is www.allchryslerparts.com. I also had to use the chisel method along with oxy/acet torch, and alot of Molson Ice. Also, I used never seez anywhere any 2 pieces touched, because I'm sure I'll have to replace this non-greaseable junk again.
