2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Where to get/ identify this bracket

I've got this metal bracket that held the brake line on the front axle (left hand side if standing in front of the truck). It rusted/came off years ago. i went to a Dodge dealer to try and identify it and they find nothing on it. Is this bracket a thing of the past or? I'd like to replace mine if I knew where to get one EVEN a used good one if anyone's got one. Currently using zip ties to hold line.

How about a hose clamp the right size, much cheaper than the plastic one, and you don't have to Waite a couple days for it.

Could possibly use another option. As I double checked this bracket actually was on the rear axle left hand side if standing behind the truck. Here is another angle.
