Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Where to get NV5600 installation kit

I am going to be doing an NV5600 swap along with two other guys and I need to know were I can get the installation kit for doing this. Drivetrain specialist won't sell the installation kit alone. Does anyone know if there is some place selling the kit or do I have to go directly to DC for individual parts? (Adapter plate, shift sick, knob, insert, wire harness extension, and transfer case shift rod)

The shifter on my '98. 5 NV4500 had the same part number as the 2002 used NV5600 that I installed. Not sure if you can buy the shift pattern insert from DC?, but it would be easy to turn the insert on a lathe and have it engraved The backup light wires, vacumn hoses on the transfer case and the TC shift linkage are easily extended. None of the local driveline shops had the heavy wall tubing to extend the front driveshaft so I had to order that tube. Larry
