2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Where to get power window motor?

Passenger-side power window motor gave it up today. Where's the best place to get a replacement?

I would like to know also. My drivers side is extremely slow going up near the top.

Try Rockauto.com. They are pretty good for having what you need.

I have found over the years that taking those motors apart (some times it is not easy) and cleaning up the commutator and lubing the bearings will bring them back to life. Brushes can SOMETIMES be found at a hardware store if needed.

+1 for rockauto, and they have one of them (forget which side) on clearance right now, according to the email I got yesterday.

I got one from ebay. can't remember the seller but I paid about 45 with free shipping. It came with the regulator too. It's been about 2 months and all is well

I agree with Bob V about taking them apart and try fixing them. Nothing to loose but some time & you might just fix it. Electric motors last for years & years & if they do stop working, most of the time the repair is just bearings and/or brushes.
