Where to order a 2006 MEGA CAB?

After seeing one of these MEGA CABS I'm sold. I sold my 04 Diesel and found out I cant live without my oil burner. When I was a TDR member last time it seemed as though everyone was ordering their trucks from someone. . Any help would be appreciated. thanks. .
