I take it that the bad rap on oiltown was by me. I just recieved a shipping number. Orderd 9/03/03 shipping notice 9/16/03. Sent them two emails trying to find out what was going on and when I could possibly expect this shipment. All to no avail. I do not know what anybody else thinks about this but thirteen days and no response does not sit well with me. You can not even call because there is no phone number given. I may be spoiled as I have done quite a bit of ordering thru geno's and when they have things back ordered they notify me and ask what I want to do. My main objective was to notify members that if you order thru oiltown do not expect a shipping notice anytime soon as compared to most online orders. The first order for gear lube and grease took 3 working days to process and 5 working days after that for delivery. When I ordered the motor oil this is pretty much what I planned on and figured it normal procedure for oiltown. Oiltown by the way only sells by the case, no single quarts. I think I will see how longrider.com handles things and make a decision who I will deal with. To be honest right now oiltown has two strikes longrider none.
