Where to put gooseneck plug: 2022 with ram boxes

Where do you guys mount the plug(if you can) in a 2022 2500 with ram boxes? My local B&W dealer mounted the ball but didnt know where to mount the plug in the bed.
I guess i could run it with out the tailgate installed so my $100k truck doesn’t get scratched up but would prefer to have the plug in the bed!

I'm not familiar with the Ram Box dimensions.

I have seen guys mount the 7-pin in Ramboxes just above the LED bed light.
