I put the OEM injectors back and need to send Bosch 300HP's to get checked. I had fuel in the oil per oil analysis. Who does a good job checking / rebuilding Bosch injectors?

OEM turbo and BHAF + straight piped. Had the same combo in another 01HO with no problems. Just hope the injection place can determine what is wrong with them.

Will check oil again after 5 k miles on OEM injectors to see if a connector tube o ring might be seeping.

Is this a 24 valve? I don't understand what you mean? If the cross over tubes leak they drain back into the fuel tank by the passage in the head. The o-ring is for keeping the fuel from coming out around the injector lines. The o-rings on the injectors do the same it keeps the fuel out of the motor and if you have an injector that is not holding pressure in the cylinder it will pressurize the fuel tank.

I wondered about that too. I was told a leak at that o ring could allow fuel to leak into the crankcase.

Glad you clarified that.

Guess this narrows the problem down to leaky injectors.
