Diesel Manor sells a Dodge Cummins boost gauge fitting (see link) http://www.dieselmanor.com/dm_products/dodge-boostfitting.asp.

HERE's MY QUESTION: Where is the best place on a 325/610 to tap into for a boost gauge?

If y'all have any photos of your engine's boost line connection, please include 'em in your reply - THANKS!

BTW, ignore my signature - its for the 2nd Gen. My '05 is on the way!

sorry about no pic, I have mine in basicaly the same place. as the pictures on the site.

just make sure to put some locktite on the fittings so they dont back out and I believe the torque was 10 ft-lb. then I ran the line from there through the same grommet the hood latch release goes through.

I'm just waiting to get a ticket, I just love seening the needles jump around when I push the go-pedal harder Oo.

If you're buying a new boost gauge, buy it from Geno's. They used to include one for FREE. I bought mine somewhere else, and ordered that boost bolt from Piers... ended up with two of them.

You shouldn't have to tap anything to put that in. Simply remove one of the manifold bolts and replace it with the one you're referencing. Had mine in for two years with no problems.

I used a boost bolt on my '99 but on my '05 I just tapped the intake horn with 1/8NPT and put a brass albow fitting there. Just shove a rag up there, drill and tap, and pull the rag out with all the shavings. It took me less than 5 minutes.
