I was able to get the NPT taps I needed this morning from the local parts store. I didn't order the guages and pods from geno's so I'll just make use of the boost kit I got when I ordered the stuff. Since no body could point out the accuracy between boost bolt and tapped boost screw, I see nothing wrong with going with the latter.
