OK, guys, here goes--third time my trans has given up and pouring out red stuff and I am not turned up that much yet. I now have the $$ to put custom auto in. DTT or BD w/ tripleloc? And why? Thanks... I have learned so much from these posts!

hope to start no wars here so here it goes, ive made my choice on what AT i have, it's in my sig, and ive had no problems with it at all, can hold all the power/weight i throw at it.

i went with dtt. the first reason is that customer service was/is awsome. second reason is i like the way they custom build the trans for the truck. they asked me a bunch of questions about my truck and what i do with it and then they build a trans to do it. if i had to do it over again i would stay with dtt. good luck with which ever one you choose.

:) 90,000 pluss miles on my aftermarket trans. Mildly bombed and tow a 26 ft trv trl with slide out. No problems what so ever and the custumer service is outstanding. See my sig for who I went with. :D

After talking to each dealer and reading every post. I went with.....

the DTT. The stock transmission does not even compare to the DTT.
