Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Which Cam?

Hi everyone in my 96 12 valve 5 speed i am rebuilding it right now and i have 140 injectors industrial injection pump double disk south bend aurora 5000 head studs and timing advanced wat cam should i use i need one that will bolt the cam gear to the cam. My cam gear walked off and i do not want this to happen again. It is my weekend driver i want more performance and less turbo lag but nothing to serious i do wanna pull with it a lil bit. Who makes a cam that will help me get wat i need? I talked to pdr.com and they said 800 dollars for their marine application then 200 for new lifters. I was wonderin if someone made one cheaper or could regrind mine and tap it. Any suggestions. As always the help is greatly appreciated. How do i get my information to show about my truck everytime i post? I am not sure how to do this.
