Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) which FASS is for me?

my lift pump is on its way out and i will be in the market for a Fass system or simlar with filters. I have seen systems that say 45psi. what pressure do the systems run that dont say 45 psi? i would like to keep the pressure in the 45-50psi range. no i need a draw straw with a 150 gph system? do i need 150gph or 95 gph? and finially where is the best place to get what i need? my sig. is current but it is only the begining.

talk to east coast diesel, I believe there up your way, they can fit you up with what you need. I have the 150/180gph 45psi kit for th 12v, works great.
