Ok getting ready to go on vacation. From all my reading on here Im thinking there is a fuse I can pull on my 01 that will keep it from starting or running. Can anyone tell me what fuse it is. I have been meaning to install a switch just have not had time yet. Thanks Adam

I think there is a starter relay in the PDC under the hood.

Take all the engine related relays, that should slow it down, then they just tow it or put it on a truck.

I can't remember, but, if by taking an educated guess, look on the fuse panel door for a fuse description for anything related to the starter.

Pulling Fuse 9 from the panel at the end of the dash keeps it from firing up, but it will still crank (handy for "priming" after oil changes).

Find the fuse labled IOD (Ignition Off Draw) and pull it. That's the one that powers things like remote door lock, clocks, radio memory, and other stuff like that. It will eventually run your batteries down.

Fuse 9 and other fuses that are only hot with the ignition on are ok to leave in.
