What are the biggest injectors I can go with before upgrading my stock turbo. I have a tst#6 plate currently and BHAF. I don't want to spend the cash on a turbo right now.

I would say the injectors in your truck are just fine until you do install a bigger turbo. If you start going with bigger injectors you are going to be running pretty hot. I'd say save the money for the turbo...

I was thinking of going with the Bosch 300's. I don't know how much more power it would give me. I thought of the 330's until I priced them at $151 each.

It is common for people to look at fueling increases before air system modifications. Fueling gives immediate power gains, and the high egt's are easy to ignore, for a while anyway. I expect your fueling level (250 hp) takes egts to about 1300 degrees under some conditions, the safe maximum for your engine. You should consider a bigger turbocharger or at least a larger turbine housing for your stock HX35 before adding more fuel. You can replace the stock wastegated 12 cm2 turbine (exhaust) housing with the non-wastegated 16 cm2 size, but will have more trouble controlling smoke before spoolup and will have slower spoolup. Cruising egts will be somewhat higher, but maximum egt should be lower by about 150 deg. or so with the larger housing. At that point, you can go with larger injectors. I recommend the 370 hp marine injectors as the lowest cost injector upgrade that also gives a big increase. The 300 and 330 injectors don't work as well for drivability or mileage in my experience.
