Which injectors

Which injectors would be a good combo with the VA box,DTT convertor and valve body on the way and I am ready to start the bombing run. . Thanks

DD1's and the VA really perform well. In order to get all the performance you are going to want a boost module. With a boost module that combo will pull hard from idle to redline, and EGT's are low. You can lay the smoke if you nail it with no boost, but the smoke is gone by about 6 pounds of boost. A semi-educated guess would ballpark this combo at around 300HP and 620TQ at the rear wheels. DD1's are the biggest injectors you can use with a VA and keep the smoke reasonable. DD1's and a VA WILL smoke pretty bad at higher altitudes if you ever get into the mountains. Dave65... have you thought about emailing Bill at DTT? It seems since you have his product, and him knowing how the stuff will react to different power levels, he would be a valuable source of info.
I bet he would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.

Dave, when you ordered your VB, did you tell DTT you were planning on more bombing other than a VA? The VB is setup for your specific truck and modifications, and depending on your truck and what bombing you do, some adjustments may be in order.


Personally I like the DD2's and EZ combination. Boost Module already built in.

Yes I have talked with Bill,and I told him what I was planning to do with my truck,so he could set it for that application.
I wasn't sure witch injectors to get,but Bill said since I already have the VA,the DD1s and the boost module would be good for what I want to do. I can't wait to see how it will run. .

Dave, you will end up wanting more power. Start with the DD2's and the DD TTPM. The TTPM has boost, fuel, and timing. You can get a 20% discount for being a TDR member. Bill K has these items available.
