I have a 98 24 valve 5spd 4x4 i want to install some injectors and was wondering how big should i go. Im going to install a southbend con of clutch, and 4 in exhaust, possible a pdr hx40 or a b1 turbo . i have a edge comp on the truck now and the clutch is begging for mercy. How large of a injector can i go with and still have a truck i still can use to pull my tractor or boat. I dont want something i cant use as a truck when i need it, but would enjoy going to the drag strip and my local sled pulls every once in a while. This is not be my daily driver either. Thanks Jason

It depends on how heavy you tow and how much you are willing to watch the pyrometer. I tow 14 k with my mach 4/b1/dragcomp combo. you have to be very attentive to you instruments. if you are even going to think about sled pulling with that HP, skip the single disc clutches and go straight for one of peters twin discs.

As rubberneck said, it depends on how heavy the load. Other factors that com into play are grades and altitudes you tow at... . We have a lot of guys set up with Mach 4's that tow with the combo you are talking about. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
