Which injectors?

I keep reading about you guys with PODs? Is this a good price? What can I expect with a intercooled first gen, HX35W Turbo, and a set of these?

Your signature doesn't give us much info on what else you already have. If I read it correctly, you're about to swap a 91 Cummins into the burb.



I'd do some other fundamental stuff before I stuffed in the PODs. Four-inch exhaust and a good intake for the HX35 come to mind, as well as bumping the timing and tweaking the pump for best output.



Then do the PODs if you want. The price is $50 higher than I paid, and the sales come around quite often.

I was going to ask that question in a few months too. What sticks to get, and where to get them from. Has anyone used that EBAY'r to buy injectors from?

Thats where I got mine from. I got it from an auction though, not the store. It was $25 cheaper that way. Mine seem fine and its been 3 months or so. Only problem I had was not using the adapter sleeves for my early 91 the first time around. I called this guy's shop to see if he had some of those sleeves. He was very helpful and very nice to deal with. I wouldn't have any doubts about dealing with him again. Hope this helps

There is another ebay seller 'raelyne' that sells POD's from time to time. You might try emailing her and see if she has some. They were cheaper as DBF said when I got them too. They performed as should.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I am getting ready to button my Cummins conversion up in my suburban. It will have a 91 intercooled motor. A HX35W 12cm housing turbo. I have been trying to figure out the exhaust and it looks like the downpipe I have is 3 inch and so is my stock GM pipe. What will I have to buy to go 4 inch, and what kind of difference will it make? I don't know if it will fit or be worth the hassle to fab it up. If it makes a huge difference I will definately do it. I have a AFE huge air intake that I had to chop shop to make fit. I am planning injectors, pump mods, and water meth after I have it going. It has 4 10 gears and should spool quickly and boogy when it's all done. This has been a lot of fun for sure.
