Which one of these two fueling boxes is the best and why? Sorry if this has been hashed out before. TIA

Red, I have driven both and prefer the CPC and a boost module to the EZ even though the cost is significantly higher by going that route. Don't get me wrong, the EZ is a good box and does what they say it will. I think the VA has more low end punch than the EZ, the EZ is very smooth. I prefer the low end response of the VA. My honest opinion, that's all.

Which one is better is dependent on what you consider better to be. The Van Aaken CPC is not adjustable, and does not include a boost module.
The EZ has three adjustments to when it kicks in the extra fueling, plus has a built in boost module.
This alone could or could not be a good reason to pick one over the other.
Performance wise, some say the EZ is better than the CPC, and others say the opposite.
It just depends on what you think.
Give me a shout if interested in either. Pricing is very competitive on either.

I like the Van Aakin for its low end as I do not have the need for a race truck. This box is very smooth through out the power band. I would say to keep an eye on www.wwcd2.com for group deals.

Don't know if you need a welcome or comiserations. ???
So you moved from one catalogue town to a catalogue city. . is that a step up or down ???? I'm not sure

Don't have any work done at U JOINTS INC. in town. Worse than our two ( 2 ) 5 screw dealers

Red360,

I feel that you will be happy with either purchase, but I like the fact that the EZ box come with the Boost Module. I also like the fact that the EZ doesn't give a void sticker.

But power wise they will both be a big improvement over what you have. #ad

Jnutter--Definitely a move up climate wise. Thanks for the info on U-Joints. Only dealings so far have been to buy an oil filter from Melloy. (Mine were in the trailer I had yet to haul here) Surprised the price wasn't too bad. Any good places to shop for new front bumpers? Smacked a deer Wed. morning and bent the right front pretty good. Am going to try the HiLift jack straightening method this morning.

Sounds like its whatever you get a good deal on.

I have the VA and it sure runs snappier. Others sound equally happy w/ the EZ.
