who makes the best HX-40?

i'm looking for quick spool up and relilabilty? i need to stuff more air into my mighty cummins aid my powerproducts! i'm going to add some DDIII's soon so i need to bring my EGT's down! i can hit 1500* real quick with the PMX turned up all advice is welcome... . TIA... . james

Like the guys said, see Piers. Glad to see you are upgrading your turbo. Once you drive with the HX-40 you will never go back. The midrange and top end is nothing short of eyeball flattening. The HX-40 will make the truck seem like it picked up 50 HP. You will be amazed on how the truck responds, once you have reduced the back pressure.

Mark you are partially correct. The HX40 that will be on the shelf will be my spare that I purchased from the money I saved by not buying the B-1. Two for one. Of course the spare will be for sale cuz I cant kill this 40 I have.

I just converted from a stock (but Jet Hot coated) HX 40 with 16cm wastegated housing to a B1. The B1 is a neat turbo but so was the HX 40. Is your '40 for sale?? Thanks
