They're both goofy looking, but I'd rather have a Scion.

The Element may look wierd, but at least it has a 2. 4L i-VTEC engine vs some little <1600 cc Toyota Echo engine like the Scion Xb.

I have to admit, when I first saw the Scion,,, I thought it was the ugliest car I ever saw. We test drove one and were very surprised how well it handled and how comfortable it was for a low end car. After a a couple of hours, the,,,,, "looks" of the car began to take on a "it's so ugly it's cute" attitude.



We now have a Scion xB and my son is going for the Element. Can you believe it!!!! Two ,,,,,,,,,"Box Cars",, in the family!!:--)

They both look like they were designed by three year olds. Sorry, just the way they look. Same designer must have got fired after he designed the Shorts airplane. Or Sherpa, as the military names it.
