which type of oil

Just getting a 2010 6. 7 with all this emmissions stuff should I be looking for a different oil? I always ran rottella T before.

Shell Rottella 15W-40 diesel oil is fine. You just need to make sure that if you have any left over from your old truck, that it is compatable with the requirements in your owners manual.

TDR had several articles on the oil requirements for the Cummins engine in issues 55,56,57, 58 and 59. You can do a search on this site and read the articles in them.
