Archived Whistle at idle

I have an early stock 2003 HPCR. My turbo sounds normal during acceleration / deceleration. After warm-up, when I come to an idle, I will occasionally hear a constant loud whistle, like a tea kettle. Any thoughts?

leaking intercooler boot?do you have a boost gauge? are you getting normal boost? just some suggestions of what to look for. someone else will have other ideas.
