Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) white/blue smoke

I have been noticing that after being warmed up after driving at highway speeds 30 miles then 2miles to the house at about 1500 rpm in third gear when I back it up to the parking spot it lets out a haze of white/blue smoke. Uses no oil, fuel mileage still right at 20mpg. Also the smoke seems excesive at cold start.

Any guesses at the problem or am I worrying about nothing.

Oh 114,000 miles

11 plate- A. F. C. full forward- Star wheel spun forward- Nope nothing wrong. Sounds normal to me.

TIMING

Where is your pump timing? It should be 15° or better.

The pump is timed at 15

The blue/white smoke. . when cold. . what's your fuel psi? A weak spring/sticking overflow valve can cause this. . also other air leaks in the fuel system maybe cause for this? A pre-boost fuel screw that's turned in too far can cause a misquito fog at idle off idle with no boost. .
