Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) White Smoke at start up

I just put twins on my truck and have driven it alot. Now when i start it i white smokes really bad for about 5-10 seconds.



The truck runs fine while driving.



How do i tell if blew a head gasket.



any other ideas?

Does the white smoke smell like unburnt fuel or burnt coolant?
