whitwe paint turning yellow

any one with a white truck notice a yellowing stuff(?) seemingly coming from under the hood by the front fenders right at the battery area . it always washes right off but it almost looks like some one is peeing on my truckin in those areas but since the batteries are there on each side im suspecting that is the cause its not rust or if it is its very ligth and not from the fenders them selves ... Arnie
