Who can attend the Rally around Mt Hood,July 16th?

I would like to get an idea of who can attend this event. The Rally did not get posted on the flier sent by Timberline Dodge. At this time only website regulars know this is being planned. I need to know if it is even worth taking more time geting maps etc. Please let me know. Thanks

Are you going to the Lodge at Mount Hood? Is pulling a TT any problem up the mountain? I'm not bombed, you know - not that early in the morning anyway.
