Who do I notify with new e-mail address?

After trying, without success, to get my e-mail to work on MSN8, I changed to a new ISP. This question may seem simple to the computer savvy ones among us, but who do I notify with the new e-mail address? Thanks for the help.

User control panel button (above) then click edit profile and enter new address. I think it should work.
