Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Who fixes VP44?

I have a VP44 out of a 2002 ETH and I would like to look into having it rebuilt. Is there anybody in the northeast Ohio area that fixes these? That would be best but I would be willing to ship it somewhere, too. I just think it would be a good idea to keep a spare. Thanks everybody.
