Who has a good deal on 16cm turbo housing

I too am looking for a deal on a 16cm2 housing my 12cm2 is currently putting up 42 psi. of boost but I could use the temp. drop from the 16cm2

Don't know what I was thinking by not taking advantage of the great prices from about a year ago, but I didn't. Now I'm looking for and not finding 16cm non-wastegated Holset housings for the old "95".

I got a 16 cm housing, but haven't installed it yet. Is the inside of the housing supposed to be just a raw casting? No precision machining?
