Is 255-85-17 a new size? I've only heard of 255-85-16. One problem you may run into is that you may need to get some spacers for the rear tires. The 255's are wider and may put them to close together. If it is a new size I don't know what the tire dimensions would be for sure. I have BFG Mud T/A's in 255-85-16 on my Ford and they fit fine. If I had them, 33-12. 50-16. 5 would fit fine also, so you'd probaly be O. K. If you're curious, or have money burning a hole in your pocket, Rickson Truck Accessories has tires that fit on 19. 5" rims for Dodge and other trucks. I also found in Powerstroke Registry that (www.worldwheels.net) has tires on 22. 5" rims w/lift kit for the same vehicles(PRICEY:--) ), but neat.![]()
