Who knows how to make money betting on sports?

I can't wait for hockey season to start. Baseball seems to be the hardest sport ever to predict a winner. I do not know anything about baseball and just try and play the odds, but it never fails some low life team will beat one of the good teams. GRRRRRRRR no predictability. I always try to pick the heavily favored teams but it does not work. Even in football I still get messed up.





Maybe it pays to know your sport. I absolutely love hockey and follow everthing in it. (I am Canadian )I can win a few bucks in hockey or just break even easily. Baseball is a total loss for me. What is your secrets... ...





Here is an example of what I have to bet with... ..... this is our provincial lottery. I must bet on a min of 3 games. You take the odds times them by each other and by your bet and you win that total if you are right. Tonight I bet on NY1 to beat Mon at 1. 6, Mil at Arz, Arz to win at 1. 55 and Ana at Oak. Oak to win at 1. 4.



1. 6 x 1. 55 x 1. 4 =3. 47 times my bet of $5. 00



If I was to get all 3 right I would win $17. 35

Hey Donkey , if there was a proven way to win we would all be millionaires. I heard Canada is giving up hockey because they can't compete anymore with their southern neighbor . As a lifetime Flyers fan your more than welcome to come down for the parade next year and to see the cup



Seriously, baseball and hockey are tough because you have to wager more on a favorite to win less(6-5 3-2 odds). Football is at least straight up(1-1 odds). It also helps to know the sport you are betting on too. Here is some football advice for you
