who make different cam plates???

This is being posted for a friend of mine, who doesnt own a computer. He is looking for a cam plate with more power, and wants to know who makes them, and what the approx increase expected, along with pricing. He has a 1996 2500 extended cab, long wheel based, 4x4. Auto transmission, 4:10 gears. It has a Banks PowerPack kit, BD injectors. The torque conv. slips a little under full load. (I thought I would throw that in)
