Who's box will retard va untill boost is up

With va and dd1's heavy throttle will smoke untill boost is up to 8 - 10 #. Its not like a transit bus but I wouldn't want to be back there with my window open. Am also looking for a egt that works like Blue Chip wizzard ( cut back fueling at set point ) but will fit piller mount??????? #ad

I was just in England working with Van Aaken on just such a version of the CPC. Will be testing the new version soon. David D. & David S. are coming over at the end of Oct. to work on a few different variations. Will let you know how we make out.

Edge's new timing module coming out will do what you want. You can tell them when you want the fuel to start(example: no fuel until 8 psi boost). This will be great for guys with big injectors. I wanted a VA(for the timing) with my 3's, but it smoked way too much. Edge also told me you can even get it with just the timing and no fuel if you want.

Other notables they told me. It includes a built in boost module. Also, it is a total plug in like the VA. However, they told me it plugs in at a different "easier" spot. Once this is out, they will eventually offer a version that adds more fuel in the same fashion that the PE does.

I'm not trying to sound like a commercial, but I have talked to almost every major bombing company and the guys at Edge Products are great! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and customer oriented! #ad

<font color=blue>I would guess it will be out in the next month or so. Its still in the process of being tested. As for the cost it hasn't been decided yet but it should be cheaper then the VA box so I have been told.

piers , someone at VA finally woke up ?? there box would be great for those wanting a small hp increase with the addition of a boost module that controlled the when the extra fueling comes in , that would help , the present VA and 275's smoke alot at low boost levels . i assume that is what they are doing ? with the right connectors it would still be stealth , but they will need to versions , one for 2000 earlier and '01 up withthe different map sensors , also i believe we need a boost module that would say cut fueling at about 40 psi , that would keep EGT's more in check or at least help ???

edit ... kat i hope its cheaper than a VA , the VA runs between $700 and $800 #ad

Yeah,something like that would be perfect. Can't wait to see what VA and Edge comes out with.
Last week I finally got to try out a VA box with my stage II setup... boy did it smoke ALOT during normal driving. Yeah it was fun leaving a thick cloud every now and then,but I don't want that every single time I give it fuel while driving normal!
