Here I am

Off Roading Who's Going to Moab?

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

Competition 10.92 @ 129 mph!!!!!!!!!!!!

Competition Looking for an NV5600 transmission, can anyone help?

The Easter Jeep Safari is right around the corner-how many TDR members are going? I'll be there and am sure dghost, Boomer II, and Phil Howell will be there (you wouldn't bail on us this year would you, Phil?), and probably Kilby, too, but how many others? I know I've seen numerous other members with Jeeps post at one time or another about towing their Jeeps there & back. It would be nice to say hi to fellow TDR members while there or along the way.

I'll be towing the rig shown below from Florida, working my up to St Louis and then across on I-70 the rest of the way. The pic is from last year's trip, parked in front of dghost's house in Boulder enroute.

I am going during the last 2 weeks of may. Anyone want to go. It will my first time out there so we will hit most of the easy stuff and then start with the harder stuff. I am taking my truck which is locked front and rear so i should not have too much of a problem. What are some good places to stay out there. Its just me and a buddy of mine so far so we need to stay some where for cheep since we are the only ones splitting the cost.

I will be heading out to EJS on the 2nd of April with about 40 other people.

Wont be able to miss me I will have one of the only Diesels not towing anything because my First Gen is my Off Road vehicle. .

I should have the flatbed, fender triming and hopefully 37's on it by then... . And maybe some 4. 10's to boot

Look for a Dodge sporting a Colorado4x4.org windshield sticker.

Just received my confirmation form for 2004 Easter Jeep Safari.

3/5 - Monday - Rose Garden Hill

3/6 - Tuesday - Flat Iron Mesa

3/7 - Wednesday - Cliff Hanger

3/8 - Thursday - Poison Spider Mesa

Just got back from Moab yesterday. It was part of my annual spring SW canyonland trip to escape the snow for a while. I had 36 in. in my front yard when I left two weeks ago now its down to 20 in.

No jeeping just hiking and biking with my border collies. Mounted the "shack" on my flatbed. The bike fit on the rail and we had plenty of room. What a crusing machine. Averaged 18. 5 mpg on the 3K trip. Looking for more when I turn 30k on the motor like on my 90 12v.

My next scheduled ATV ride at Moab is April 23rd- May 1st. We make it a point to AVOID the Easter Jeep Safari. Nothing wrong with jeeps, just gets too crowded! ;)

A lot of my friends from atvnation.com and atvquadsquad.com will be there, but at this point I'm not sure if *I'll* be there. I'm in the middle of moving to Memphis and I'm not sure exactly how the Moab trip is going to fit in. But odds are, I'll probably find a way :D

I'm tail gunning Poisen Spider Sunday with Tim Berry, leading Behind the Rocks Monday, then goofin off the rest of the week. See ya at the arena Mark.

I just happen to be going out there that weekend. I have a sportsman 500 but I have a guest from germany and we are showing him around... . I will be dry camping on Mesa Flat Rd out by f or g section (Desert Fox Trailer)

I wish Mark... :{ But work, money, my S. O, money, and trying to get my Jeep back together might keep me from making the trip. I need to move my motor up and out about 4", finish my flat skid, cage and build new drivelines b4 I can once again live up to my name:D This damn Dodge takes up way too much of my little time..... Oh yeah..... still need to buy/install a boost/temp/pyro thingy..... my S. O. will never figgure out (i hope) what and how much $ those are ;)

I'll be there. Leaving April 2nd. I'll be at the ok camp ground next to the arena. See you all there. Look for the tan scrambler on 37 inch baja claws.

Kory, I'm across the street and down a bit at Spanish Trail RV park, across from the Shell station, I think it's a Shell.

I'll be in this.

Ummm, well, yes, I'm bailing this year. My new TJ will be there in Currie's booth, but it's my Mom's 86th birthday mid-week, so I have to play driver for her sister and her all week.

Mark, why don't you make a quick jog over to the OTHER southern Utah before you head back?

Phil,

I've got a couple of free days early and late in the week, but it looks like it would take at least two in a row to make it down there and back, with time to do anything while there. I'll try to give you a call.

I'm going for sure but I'll be towing with my new Cummins equipped motorhome instead of the Dodge. I like the Dodge and all but the sleeping quarters are a bit tight. :D We're going out the 2nd but might check out the competition in Vernal first. Dunno yet. We'll be staying at Dowd Flats (?) campground.

Hey Brad, looking forward to seeing you there.

Still running the Can-Back you got for me, only one in Lewisville so far. Mike
