Putting together parts now for my new truck and haven't read anything lately on how the rotor pump guys are doing, most threads on the subject taper off quickly after just a few miles of testing. How are they holding up? what timing changes were typically needed to smooth it out, if any?? What would be the minimum recc. turbo/s size to handle it? Any help is appreciated. :)

Smooth it out? Mine purred just like the pump that came off it. PDR Hx35-16 ran great. On a mild tuned truck I wouldn't be afraid to run a 35-16 or up 18etc with the 14mm head. This thing actually smokes less with more power. Talk to KTA for more updates, he's the man to speak to, and he's up on it.

a big concern

 i read that a gentleman who goes by "stomp" had his rotor disintegrate into 10 peices destroying the pump???? kind of a scary thought because this will be my only vehicle, was that an isolated incident or?? Want the power but a little apprehensive about adding something that could do that kind of damage. I'll see if i can get in touch with kta

Might want to check with "Old Smokey" on this board or the NWBOMBERS.com, I think he's had a couple of them sieze up on him, can't say for sure but i think that's what I remember.
