Im wonderin how lofty 300rwhp in a 1st gen truck might be.
I know Big Don and Ol' Blue are high as well as Wirenut, ive read your recent dyno woes.
But to get an idea i would like to see people hp/ft-lbs#s flogged, calculated or otherwise.

Guess i'll share too:
last time i had it flogged was before installing an exhaust.
205 rw-hp@1900 peak
The tech gave me a calculated torque number,
he said it was plus or minus 20 ft-lbs
550@1900 peak
I asked a few question about their dyno, all they could tell me was that it was really old.

From 1/4 mile MPH calcs I get about 225 HP. Now with that calc I assume that its RWHP, not sure, but with a 5spd the losses aren't that high. I have to crack the books again to calculate the Torque from that reading.

Give me a month (or two depending on the weather)to get my engine and trans back together and we will see ! By the way I am still looking for ideas for updating the lower end and head for more power !
