cheapest in what catagory? in fashion, in fine dining, in spending on your truck????

i am cheap in my fashion sense, walmart/costco/winners [i think it's called tjmaxx or something like that in the usa] for clothing,

going out to get a sub sandwich is fine dining to me...

now on the truck, i don't even want to start thinking about what i am spending on it... ;)

Cheap in however you define it. Like someone who washes and reuses ziploc bags.

Or cuts their own hair with a switchblade.

Or gets their clothes from Goodwill exclusively.

Generally, cheap is a person who HAS money, but does EVERYTHING they can to avoid spending a single penny.....

I am...

... to a point. Somtimes I'll fabricate something instead of buying it. I do after all have a torch and a welder;) ,but sometimes it's not worth the aggrevation:rolleyes: ... Doug

Please dont demonsrate... . I'll take your word. :D

I'm pretty cheap, but my wife is really cheap.

She'll drive 5 miles out of the way to get gas for . 02 a gallon less.

It's not that she wont buy anything, it's just she wants if for the best price possible.

I suppose I'm like that a little too. :D

I do that with the blue paper Scotts towels. Very tough. Accidentally had some go through the wash (were in my pockets) and weren't damaged one bit.

You wanna talk about cheap :D

I am a full time college student only working like 10 hours/week right now, we'll talk cheap :D

Hell, instead of paying for cafeteria food etc we have cook outs on my buddies tail gate everynight, right in front of our dorm :D

I'll use $25 in gas to go home and save $1. 75 in laundramat fees :D

just finished my driveway . I did it in concrete (16 yards) and mixed it myself. went thru almost 95 bags (at 94 lbs each). I saved about $700. I'm cheap... and stupid... and full of energy. its a deadly combo.

Hey, I reuse the Scott blue paper towels, too.

I use zip loc bags about 5 times (at least for sandwiches for lunch).

I've gotten pedal pads off vehicles in junkyards.

Goodwill refuses my old shirts and jeans. (some hirts I still wear rent fit for the "rag bag. "

I'll live on bologna and ramen noodles so I can buy goodies for the pickup. (or fuel, sometimes)

I prefer used CDs, movies, etc. Already broken in.

When my socks get holes, I turn them over so the hole is on a differnt toe, or my heel isnt poking out.

When my underwear wore out, I just went commando. (you all just HAD to know that, huh?)

I buy higher mileage vehicles to get the price break (have to change fluids, brakes, etc either way).

I like to get my money's worth.

Wonder why, I thought the torn ratty look was now the "in" thing.  :D

Most of my jeans are like that. Some have patches on them. Not that I can't afford them, I just like to get the most out of them.

I had a pair of insulated bibs and when I finally tossed them, they were getting so bad that when I caught the corner of one of the back pockets, I tore half of it off with mi PINKY finger!
