Need Help Finding a 1970 Charger

Tooth Fairie

I met a guy once who had to stoop for every doorway. He was 6'11'' and drove a Triumph TR5. I was amazed that he was able to squeeze his legs into such a small car, until I sat in it and could not reach the peddles.

I used to work with a guy by the name of Otto Moore. Great guy. Nice as could be.

He played for a few NBA teams in the late 60's and though the 70's

6'-11"

Campus cop at WPI was 6'5". He would get somewhat unnerved whenever he had to talk to one particular student, who was 6'7" - the only person he had to look *up* to.

When my daughter was in private school one of her classmates was Karem Abdul Jabar's daughter. Karem would show up at school events quite often and I met him several times. Not sure how tall he is but his hands were bigger than mine with a first base glove on. He was very at eze and graceful passing though regular size door ways. All around great guy.

A guy on our fire dept. Drives water tender. He's 6'9" and drives a Powerstroker. Says, among other things, the leg room isn't there in the Cummins. Is that an excuse or what?

Man thats big

My buddy Dave,

He has Giantism Disease so he will never stop growing. Now he is 7'6" and weighs around 500lbs. :-{}

I once worked with a guy that was 6'10" and 400 lbs. The crazy thing was that he was perfectly proportioned and wasn't fat at all - just huge! From a distance if noone was standing near him to give you perspective he looked like any normal 5'8"-6'1" person. Then you got up close! He was almost as thick from his back to his chest as I am wide from shoulder to shoulder. My 5'2" girlfriend used his old t-shirts as nightgowns - they would drag on the floor!!

Tommy Burleson and Chuck Nevitt - both played at NC State. Burleson dated a friend's older sister and drove a Volkswagon Beetle - circa 1972 - with the front seat pulled out so he could drive from the back seat. If I remember Burleson was listed at 7'1" but was a little taller than that. Got to meet David Thompson and Monte Towe when they showed up with him one time (they arrived in another vehicle).

Chuck Nevitt was 7'5" and not a skinny as he looked on TV. He used to have to duck under the entrance to the store his girlfriend worked at in the mall and had to pay attention to the overhead displays. I used to play much basketball on the front courts at State in the summer and there was always several of the team players around for a pickup game.

Once played on a pickup team that consisted of me and three NCAA champions playing against my brother and three other NCAA champions - full court man-to-man - no defense was good enough to stop the scoring.

Nice to think about but time says don't even try it now.

I met Shaq when he came to Portland before the NBA draft a few years back. When we shook hands I felt like a little kid because his hands are so huge. His fingers were touching his own hand when he grabbed mine. I'm 6'4 and he's huge.

I don't know how tall Magic Johnson is, but I saw him at Knott's Berry Farm, once and asked him if my girlfriend could take a picture of him and me. He said no.

Tallest guy I met was Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Checked him in for a flight when I used to work for Hawaiian Air as a ticket agent. Tallest girl I ever met was 6' 5", also at Hawaiian Air when I checked in the UH girls volleyball team.

Tom Hammonds,,A few years ago when Ma Mopar was thinking of getting serious in the pro-stock trail again they had all the drivers and crewchiefs at the hospitality tent in E-town for our luncheon,,When he came in it looked like a skyscraper coming into the tent,,Must have been a omen though, they dumped him,Geoffrion and a few others the end of the year... .
