After I added the EZ the truck would flat move!! Even my girlfriend has said it is not running like it used to. Boost has always been inline with EGT or just behind any increase in EGT like it should be.
Lately the truck has been acting funny, replaced the clutch because it was slipping/not holding power. Got it back started driving it more and I notice it seems to be lacking a lot of power that should be there.
But now, with the EZ on power is way off. I think it is a boost issue but I also need to check the IAT sensor. Symptoms - I can hear the turbo spinning, EGTs go up to about normal 800-900* (outside air temp in the low 100s) but boost should be building to at least 10 pounds on regular acceleration and it is barely hitting 3-4 pounds if at all. I visually inspected the boots but see nothing, I need to check for tightness this weekend when I clean the IAT.
Pulled EZ off and it seems to have more reliable power so I dont know what is going on. It might less timing and fuel so that could be
