Why do I get HTTP 500 screen trying to buy back issues?

Im have been trying for a week now to order a few back issues and when I get them all placed in my cart and hit the order now button so I can go the screen where I enter the payment info I get the "webpage cannot be displayed screen HTTP 500" What am I doing wrong or what is the deal?
