We all know that good service is hard to find. I think we should have a place to post our experiences with dealer and diesel service centers. I have found a good dealer hear in utah, after having bad experiences with others. It would be nice to let others know about it.

I agree use the "Dale Carnegie" Method

At least start a topic post. .

Talk about the good Dealers and forget the bad Dealers

I purchased my CTD from Barwick Dodge in Mission Viejo Ca. late in 1996.

The fleet salesman was Mr. Whitehead.

I ordered my truck with no Deposit!

When the truck arrived I got a phone call to come take my truck for a test drive. Alone

It was awsome.

They held the truck for 4 weeks while I sold my 94 Chevy.

When my transmission let go 10,000 miles past the extended warranty Mr. Whitehead called in a favor and had my trans covered under warranty. :D

After the trans was done they delivered the truck 55 miles to my house..... :)

I have sent Mr. whitehead 5 other happy truck buyers...

5 out of 5

:) :) :) :) :)

Reason is because its a bad idea. Dealers change hands, and where one may have gotten a good experience or deal, another might find a completely opposite situation.

Dealer opinions are politically sticky, and it is something that has been discussed before here- and will never happen.

Here is the most recent thread, and the TDR Admin's repsonse

Dealer Locator thread

Like Kev said, I posted info on the DodgeRam site regarding a dealer with whom I've had an excellent relationship for a number of years. We bought my wife's 2000 Durango and my 2002 Ram there. I even posted the service advisor's name who has been excellent to work with - we're on a first name basis, and he looks after my wife's Durango like I do.

So, what happens? Someone else reads my post, goes in there, gets in the man's face and then posts about what a worthless POS the service writer is and how he would never go to that dealer for anything.

Now, who and what would you, as someone reading those reviews, believe?
