Why so few options in 34-35" load E tires

I'd like something in the 295-315 range that has a load rating of 3500+ lbs per tire. Why so few 17" choices. I see alot of 18+ in this range but don't want to change the rim...

What to do?

There are a few options available for your Ram. We carry 2 different 10 ply tires and there are more out there.
