Competition Why so many CC pulling trucks

This past year I have attended half a dozen Ohio truck pulls. I realize that the different pulls usually have the same crowd pulling, but one thing that I have noticed is that the majority of the trucks pulling have extended cabs. It seems like this is more than just a coincidence and there is a good solid reason for using them. I just don't know what the reason is.

well i have to agree. an ex cab long bed does pull better, but... . you can still win with a regular cab!
