Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Why such a price difference?

I was going to try to pick up a newer oem style fuel filter housing off a 2nd gen to put on my first gen. I was watching a couple of them on E-bay but there is a huge price difference, Am I missing something? or did some one pay way to much?
