Today we had a bummer of a weather day. In Milford it was 94* with a 77* dew point and 80% humidity @ 1:30. The worst in 23 years they said on the radio. So to say the least the air was heavy and thick. Oppressive does not sum it up. While sitting at a stoplight @ lunch I rubbed my eyes as I thought I was seeing things.
As the cars drove by they were leaving what apeared to be contrails. In fact it kinda looked like that picture of the F-16 breaking the sound barrier. Up over the roofs of everything that drove by had a whiteish looking flare to it. What was really cool was seeing trucks with bug deflectors go by or anything with a sunroof. Yeah you could expect that on a foggy afternoon I suppose but when there is not a cloud in the sky and it's hot as heck it was weird to see.
