Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
This truck is so quiet that this sound which only starts at 74mph and dissapears at 78mph, is audible,, sounds like tappets, or valves, all I can think of to describe it, Not really loud, but if the radio is off it will get your attention,,,,,Could it be some kind of a harmonic thing? any one else heard it,,,,?
Put a new straight thru magna flo muffler on yesterday, sounds great,, used a 3 1/2 to 4inch reducing bushing on the front and cut couple of inches of the 3 1/2 pipe off the tail pipe making it all 4 in from muffler back,,, so its 3 1/2 going in and a 4 in muffler and tail pipe,, 200hundred bucks at Rainbow muffler, labor and material,, whatta deal.....
